Delivery Times:
Explore our composite door delivery options for fast and reliable shipping across the UK. We deliver standard orders within 10 working days. Our FASTFIVE range arrives within 5 working days, and if delivery is delayed, you may be eligible for 50% off. For more information on submitting claims, please see our full terms for the FASTFIVE collection. Deliveries to Scotland will require an additional 3 working days.
Delivery Process:
All our composite door delivery services include a delivery note detailing the type and quantity of goods, as well as any special storage instructions. Our supplier, Door-Stop International, handles deliveries, and you’ll receive direct notifications with your expected delivery time. Delivery is considered complete when the goods arrive at your address. We recommend inspecting all goods upon receipt to ensure they are in satisfactory condition. If you opt for "no signature" delivery, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to unattended goods.
Delivery Postponement:
We will accommodate reasonable requests to postpone delivery when possible, regardless of which composite door delivery option was selected. However, additional charges may apply for transportation, storage, or restocking fees if the delay is due to reasons other than our fault.
Missed Delivery:
If you are unable to accept your delivery, please inform us in advance to arrange re-delivery. Additional costs may apply for re-delivery attempts, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage if goods cannot be signed for upon delivery.
Late Delivery Compensation:
For FASTFIVE range orders that are not delivered within the promised time, you may qualify for a 50% refund. Claims must be submitted within 1 working day of late delivery.

Getting the right measurements for your composite door is crucial to ensuring a perfect fit. While many DIYers can measure composite doors themselves, we recommend working with a professional installer to ensure precision when measuring composite doors. Proper measurements help avoid costly adjustments and installation issues. Our Customisation tool allows you to easily provide the width and height of your door, making the customisation process seamless.

Need more time to measure? No problem! You can still secure today’s price by purchasing your door now and providing the measurements later. Simply submit your product dimensions with your order number through our Contact Us form under the category Submit Product Size. This flexibility allows you to ensure the composite door dimensions are accurate before confirming the order.
Including Extensions & Add-Ons
When providing your measurements, remember to include any selected extensions such as a sill, top or side add-on or a combination thereof. These adjustments must be factored into the total dimensions. For example, in our composite door configurator, Door-Stop offers several extension profile sizes that will adjust the door’s overall size.
For instance, if you input 900mm x 2100mm and select a 30mm side add-on, we will manufacture the door-set to 870mm wide, so the final width with the add-on equals 900mm
