Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, as long as manufacturing hasn’t begun. Please note that our doors are custom-made to your specifications, so once production has started, returns or cancellations may not be possible.

Our composite doors are fitted with Ultion cylinders which come with a £5,000 security guarantee. If a burglary occurs within 5 years of installation due to the lock being snapped, you may be eligible for compensation.

Make sure to activate the guarantee within 28 days of installation and use only genuine Ultion keys. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the burglary.
