How long will it take for my door to be delivered?
We offer free delivery within 10 working days for most of our composite doors. If you choose one of our FASTFIVE range doors, you can expect free fast delivery within 5 days. If your FASTFIVE door is late, it's 50% off your order!

Do you provide installation services for the doors?
Currently, we do not offer installation services directly. However, we’re in the process of partnering with a national installer network, and we’ll soon be able to recommend professional installers to assist you.
If you need help finding a local installer, please fill out our contact form, and our team will do their best to assist you.
What happens if my door arrives damaged, faulty, or is missing parts?
In the rare event that your door arrives damaged, please reject the delivery if the damage is noticeable. If you notice any damage after delivery or if the door is faulty or has missing parts, please contact us immediately.
We will work with our supplier to arrange a replacement or repair. All our products come with a 10-year guarantee (5 years on stained doors - Dark Wood and Oak), ensuring peace of mind for years to come.

Can I return or cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, as long as manufacturing hasn’t begun. Please note that our doors are custom-made to your specifications, so once production has started, returns or cancellations may not be possible.

How secure are your doors?
Our composite doors are fitted with Ultion cylinders which come with a £5,000 security guarantee. If a burglary occurs within 5 years of installation due to the lock being snapped, you may be eligible for compensation.
Make sure to activate the guarantee within 28 days of installation and use only genuine Ultion keys. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the burglary.

Will I receive the same product I see in the picture?
Yes, the product images on our website are high-quality representations provided by our supplier, Door-Stop International, ensuring you can clearly see the design and features. However, some variations in colour may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
If any hardware or components have been discontinued, we will provide the closest matching product. Additionally, while we strive to represent glass patterns and designs as accurately as possible, they can be difficult to display perfectly in images, but rest assured that the product will meet your selected specifications.
